What is DCYF’s Organizational Sustainability Initiative?

We’re excited to announce that DCYF and FMA have partnered together to launch DCYF’s Organizational Sustainability Initiative (OSI), an innovative new program to provide technical assistance and capacity building support for DCYF grantees. With this investment in grantees, DCYF is doubling down on prioritizing the work of the organizations it supports. Focusing on finance and nonprofit administration—often the backbone critical to support organizations’ service delivery—this program will have several components, including opportunities to participate in:

  • cohort-based capacity building
  • standalone workshops
  • individual consulting and coaching
  • on-demand technical assistance, and more

Please check out the various OSI program components on this website to review application requirements and timelines. We look forward to this exciting opportunity to work together!
